Our investment in Wallife

We are excited to welcome Wallife to the United Ventures portfolio and back their journey beyond the boundaries of risk by leading their €12M Series A round. The investment was made through our early-stage fund UV2 and parallel fund UV2L, co-financed by the Lazio Region.
Founded in 2020 by Fabio Sbianchi and Maria Enrica Angelone, Wallife develops innovative insurance products. It focuses on protecting individuals from new and emerging risks arising from technological and scientific progress, namely in the areas of genetics, biometrics and biohacking.
We look forward to working with the Wallife team and supporting the company to build the first company in the world able to provide answers about safety and protection from still unknown risks.

UV2’s investment in Wallife is also supported by the European Investment Fund through InnovFin Equity, with financial backing from the European Union under the financial instruments of Horizon 2020 and the European Fund for Strategic Investments (“EFSI”) established under the Investment Plan for Europe. The purpose of EFSI is to support the financing and implementation of productive investments in the European Union and ensure greater access to finance.
