Giovanni De Molli

Giovanni joined United Ventures in 2025 as an Investment Analyst. He supports the investment team across the full investment lifecycle, from sourcing and evaluating new opportunities to deal execution, due diligence, and portfolio management.
His work includes KPI analysis, financial modelling, investment materials, and presentations that support strategic decision-making across the firm.
Before joining United Ventures, Giovanni gained experience across consulting, capital markets, and venture capital, working at Xplora, Envent Capital Markets, and The European House – Ambrosetti. His work focused on business planning, valuations, market research, and strategic analysis for companies and institutional clients.
Giovanni holds an MSc in Management, with a major in Corporate Finance, from Bocconi University, where he also earned a BSc in Economics and Finance. During his studies, he spent a semester at the University of Sussex in Brighton as part of the Erasmus exchange programme.
A lifelong sportsman, Giovanni competed in basketball and cycling at club level for more than 15 years. He brings the discipline, teamwork, and resilience developed through competitive sport into his professional life.
Outside of work, Giovanni is a keen traveller.
