Elena has joined United Ventures in 2023 to support fundraising and investor relations activities.

Previously, she worked at Boston Consulting Group as management consultant, gaining expertise in strategic and large-scale transformation projects across many industrial practices such as Energy, Industrial Goods, Travel & Tourism and Healthcare, where she has focused most of her consulting career.

Elena holds a Double MSc Degree in International Management from Bocconi University in Milan and Fudan University in Shanghai.
