Elena Di Maio
Portfolio Manager
Elena joined United Ventures in 2023 to support fundraising and investor relations activities. Over time, her role expanded to include operational responsibilities, assisting portfolio companies with strategic initiatives such as M&A transactions and business development projects.
Before joining United Ventures, Elena worked as a management consultant at Boston Consulting Group. She gained extensive experience in strategic planning and large-scale transformation projects across sectors including Energy, Industrial Goods, Travel & Tourism, and Healthcare, with a strong focus on the latter.
Elena holds a Double MSc Degree in International Management from Bocconi University in Milan and Fudan University in Shanghai, where she deepened her knowledge of international business and practiced Chinese, a language she studied extensively.
An adventurer at heart, Elena loves pushing her limits through indoor and mountain climbing. She also enjoys exploring her creative side through writing.
