Martina joined United Ventures in 2022 as Executive Assistant, providing essential administrative and operational support to the team. Highly organised and detail-oriented, she plays a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities across the firm.
She is known for her proactive approach, reliability, and strong problem-solving skills, as well as for bringing energy and positivity to the team.
Before joining United Ventures, Martina built broad experience across different sectors in Italy and the UK. She worked in administration within the social services sector, managed accounts and provided executive support in the recruitment industry, and gained customer-facing experience in retail. She also spent time in London as an Au Pair, an experience that strengthened her cultural awareness and interpersonal skills.
Martina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Social Sciences from the University of Turin, with a multidisciplinary focus on psychology, sociology, economics, and law.
Outside of work, Martina enjoys travelling and staying active. She is particularly passionate about padel and brings the same energy and curiosity to her personal interests as she does to her professional life.
