Francesca Perrotti joined United Ventures in 2024, bringing a wealth of experience in corporate law and financial compliance. As Head of Corporate & Legal Affairs, she ensures the firm meets all regulatory requirements as a supervised entity, oversees the development and maintenance of internal procedure manuals, and manages corporate secretarial activities. Francesca also collaborates closely with outsourced control functions and oversees compliance with privacy and workplace safety regulations.
Before joining United Ventures, Francesca built her expertise through diverse roles, including as a financial advisor and as a collaborator with law firms specializing in corporate law and anti-money laundering (AML). She later served as a legal consultant for financial intermediaries, further refining her knowledge in the financial and regulatory landscape.
Outside of work, Francesca thrives in the great outdoors. She enjoys sailing, horseback riding, hiking in the mountains, and walking in the woods. A lover of good books, fine cuisine, and excellent wine, she finds joy in sharing these passions with friends and family.
